#Buffalo #Chicken #Salad. Cut chicken breast into 1/2 inch strips. Toss with 3 T hot sauce, 2 t olive oil. Place strips on baking sheet and broil on high for 6 minutes. Chop 2 celery stalks, 2 hearts of romaine, and grate 2 carrots. Place in salad bowl. When chicken is finished cooking, add to salad and toss with 1/2 cup ranch dressing. Yum!
